Small Group Pilates-Equipment

STOTT PILATES® based exercises utilizing a variety of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Vertical Frame/SpringWall, Stability Chair, Mat, etc.) and small props (balls, resistance bands, etc.). Incorporating STOTT PILATES® Basic Principles into more dynamic movement patterns while improving endurance, strength, balance, and coordination. Class pace and challenge levels vary from moderate to advanced and athletic conditioning. Modification options are given when appropriate to insure individualized instruction.

Small Group Pilates-Active Seniors

STOTT PILATES® based exercises utilizing a variety of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Vertical Frame/SpringWall, Stability Chair, Mat) and small props (balls, resistance bands, etc.). Class pace is moderate to slower, options given for challenges when appropriate. Focus on understanding and incorporation of STOTT PILATES® Basic Principles to improve mobility, biomechanics, balance, and functional fitness. Great group option for recovering post-injury/post therapy, active Seniors, anyone desiring a slightly slower pacing that allows for more accommodations in set-up and a deeper exploration of the Pilates principles of movement.

 

Total Barre™

“No tutus required”™️- Interval style barre fitness inspired by the athleticism of dancers. Incorporating the STOTT PILATES® Basic Principles with dynamic and flowing movements while using the barre as an assistant and small props for variety and strengthening. Improve balance, coordination, strength, and mobility while moving with music. Class pace and challenge level varies, options offered for accommodation or challenge as needed.

 

ZEN*GA™- Reset & Restore

Inspired by a variety of mindful movement modalities including Pilates, Yoga, and Dance, while integrating the latest information about myofascia and the mind-body connection. Experience moving meditation as you explore your Breath, Ease, Yield, and Flow. Excellent for relieving stress in the body and mind. Generally mat-based, occasional use of the Reformers when appropriate and space allows. Small props (soft foam rollers, resistance bands, balls) may also be used. Appropriate for most ability levels, pacing is slow to moderate with accommodations available as needed.

 

STRONG by Zumba™

STRONG by Zumba™ combines High Intensity Interval Training with the science of synced music motivation. Every workout is designed to sync bodyweight movements to the beat, challenging you to work more efficiently and effectively, pushing your limits to do more than you thought possible. * Shoes optional, although recommended. Bring a water bottle, and a small towel.
